The Employability Program is a comprehensive skill development and training initiative aimed at providing individuals with the tools and knowledge necessary to not only secure employment but also create self-sustaining income streams. This program addresses the shortage of qualified candidates for high-demand job vacancies and equips participants with the skills needed to excel in their chosen fields. We trained the people to survive in critical or crises. It is designed for those who value knowledge and skills over traditional degrees and certifications or those who don’t have any certification from prime or well recognized institution, making them competent at the executive level.

  1. Self-Driven Individuals: Empower participants to become self-driven and self-motivated individuals who take initiative and responsibility for their careers.
  2. Process Orientation: Instill a process-oriented mindset, enabling participants to follow structured approaches to problem-solving and decision-making.

The program spans six months, with the option to extend, and offers comprehensive training to empower individuals for success in their chosen careers.
