Seeking Suggestions, Guidance, and Involvement in Policy Making: Members play a crucial role in offering valuable suggestions, guidance, and participating in policy-making processes, enriching the diversity of perspectives within our organization.
Expanding Outreach: Joining forces with members allows us to broaden our outreach, reaching more communities and effectively addressing the needs of a larger audience.
Facilitating Financial Aid: With a growing membership, we can secure additional resources and financial aid, enhancing our ability to fund and implement impactful initiatives.

Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Membership Eligibility:
Membership is open to individuals who wholeheartedly support the mission and values of the NGO and are committed to actively contributing towards the achievement of its objectives.
Applicants must be above 18 years old to be eligible for membership.
Prospective members are required to be mentally fit and capable of actively participating in the activities and responsibilities associated with the NGO’s mission.
Applicants must not have any existing criminal records at the time of application. The NGO reserves the right to verify the criminal background of applicants.
Individuals seeking membership must confirm that they do not belong to any illegal or banned groups, as designated by the authorities of any nation.
  • Application Process:
Applicants are required to submit a complete membership application form along with any additional documentation requested by the NGO. This include personal details, contact information etc.
The NGO reserves the right to accept or reject membership applications based on its review process. The decision of acceptance will be communicated to the applicant in a timely manner.
  • Membership Fees:
Applicant are required to pay an annual membership fee. (as donation, eligible for tax exemption under 80G)
Payment should made by cheque/UPI/Netbanking/Website Portal. No cash payment will be accepted.
If you decide to terminate the membership process, please submit your request within the initial 7 days. After this period, the organization will not entertain any requests for a refund.
Membership fees are Rs 3236/-.annually
  • Rights and Privileges:
Members have the right to participate in the activities of the NGO, including attending events, webinars, workshops, and general meetings.
Members may have voting rights on matters put forth for member consideration, as outlined in the NGO’s constitution or bylaws.
Members have right to valuable suggestion, feedback on projects or in favor of organization.
Members can proposed community development based projects.

Membership Application Procedure (Online)

Fill out the application form from the website portal. Attach requested documents.
Allow the NGO some time to review your application.
Following the review process, the NGO will request the membership fee. You will then receive notification via both registered email and a call from the designated registered number.
Pay the membership fee through the specified payment method. (Payment link will provided by only donations@vivaanfoundation.org and registered mobile number (9717052260). or pay through website portal.
After the successful payment, It is requested kindly signed the Oath Letter provided by organization or download from Downloads Tab at footer section. (Code of Conduct & Rules and Regulation are mentioned)
After completion of all formalities, the organization will generate a membership ID and dispatch the welcome kit. Members will eligible to access all the benefits provided by the organization.

Membership Application Procedure (Offline)

Download the Membership Application form from the website. (provided in Downloads Tab at footer section).
Fill the form & Attach requested documents.
Send all the Documents to registered Mailing address by Courier. (BH 237 Bhao Rao Devras Colony, Sector 12, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201009). or Scan all the documents along with Duly filled form, make PDF and send to mail@vivaanfoundation.org or whatsapp (9717052260).
